Project Description:
I am seeking a developer to assist with setting up our wellness business using [login to view URL] or another booking calendar site that has the capabilities we need. My partner and I have our own private health practices, and we are soon to launch a shared business all at the same location and sharing resources (rooms) amongst each other.

The project has two main parts:

Part 1: Custom API Integration for Complex Packages

We need a custom booking solution for two specific group packages that cannot be fully configured using [login to view URL]'s standard features or any other site that I’ve tried including cliniko, Fresha and acuity. This requires a custom-coded solution to automate the booking process for our clients.

Package A: The Hybrid Sequential/Parallel Package

This package has a hybrid structure for two clients that is both sequential and parallel:
* Phase 1 (Sequential, Resource-Based): 2 hours of private spa time for two clients. This phase books out a specific resource (an outdoor spa deck) for the full 2 hours, and also me as a practitioner as I will look after them during this time.
* Phase 2 (Simultaneous, Staff-Based): Immediately following the spa time, the two clients receive a 1-hour treatment simultaneously from two different staff members. Sometimes in the same room, and other times in two separate rooms depending on which service they choose.
The customers can choose from four different 1-hour services for Phase 2:
* A facial or somatic therapy session with myself
* A Chinese herb consult with a second staff member
* A massage with a third staff member (a contractor)

Key Requirements for Package A:
* Single Online Booking & Checkout: The customer must be able to book the entire 3-hour experience for both them and their accompanysing guest and complete a single payment in one seamless online transaction.
* Hybrid Booking Logic: The custom booking interface must correctly reserve a 2-hour resource block and then check for and book the availability of two staff members for the 1-hour treatment period that follows, as well as booking me for the 2-hour spa time block.
* Accurate Availability Checks: This is critical, due to the fact that we also run our own practices. The system must check the required staff members' availability for only the 1-hour treatment window.
* Service & Staff Selection: The interface must allow the customer to select their preferred treatment from the four options and then correctly assign it to the right staff member and room for the final 1-hour period.

Package B: The Group Package

This package involves three ours of use of the spa deck resource for a group of 4-6 people. Ideally they can also add services (subject to staff and resource availability on the calendar) If this is too hard to set up we are happy for them to simply book the spa time and then we will attach a form for them to express their interest in booking additional services for some of the guests. Ideally the price will be presented at a per person rate for this package.

Part 2: Multi-Location Setup for Three Businesses

We operate three separate businesses from the same physical location. I need assistance in properly configuring the [login to view URL] "Multiple Locations" feature to manage this setup.
Key Requirements for Part 2:
* Three Business Locations: Set up three distinct "locations" within our [login to view URL] account, one for each business.
* Staff & Service Assignment: Assign myself and my services to one location, the second practitioner and their services to a second location, and then the spa offering will be the third location. We need these locations to talk to each other in the system to prevent double bookings of practitioners and resources.
* Unique Booking Widgets: Generate and provide the specific widget code for each of the three locations, so we can embed a separate, dedicated booking widget on each business's website.

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience with API integrations for booking platforms (with a preference for [login to view URL], but experience with other platforms like Acuity, Vagaro, or Mindbody is also a plus).
* Experience with [login to view URL]'s "Custom Features," including "Multiple Locations" and "API."
* Strong problem-solving skills to build custom logic that meets the specific requirements.
