"I’m looking to replace the heavyweight Andromeda POS with a leaner, desktop-based solution tailored to my pizza restaurant. The core needs are straightforward: lightning-fast order processing at the counter, phone or delivery window, and a built-in customer loyalty program that tracks and redeems points seamlessly. No inventory, purchasing or other bulky modules—just the essentials that keep my operation moving.

Beyond those two pillars, the system must:

• Run reliably on Windows desktop PCs (touchscreen-friendly UI is a plus).
• Integrate smoothly with popular accounting software, the online ordering platform we already use and standard payment gateways—API or webhook connections are fine so long as they’re stable.
• Offer an intuitive layout my staff can master within a single shift.

Deliverables I expect include the compiled Windows installer, clear setup documentation, and a brief hand-over session so we can confirm everything runs on my in-house hardware. Final acceptance hinges on three points: orders completed in under 30 seconds, real-time loyalty updates across devices, and end-of-day sales exporting cleanly into the accounting package without manual edits.
