Project description:
"I’m building a single solution that lets a property manager, residents, and authorised contractors handle everything from a browser, an iPhone, or an Android device. At its core the system must:
• A full-managment platform for the property, including payments, salaries, incomes, outcomes, etc.
• Generate door or gate codes on demand. The generator has to support temporary, permanent, and single-use variants and store each event in an audit trail that I can export.
• Stream live video from existing IP cameras (RTSP / ONVIF) inside the same interface, with basic PTZ controls where hardware allows.
• Relay real-time notifications from fire panels, intrusion alarms, and any other connected sensors so users see an alert in-app and by push, with the incident logged automatically.
• Enforce role-based access control. I need an admin tier, manager tier, and flexible custom roles so I can decide who may view cameras, issue codes, or acknowledge alarms.
The deliverable set should look like this:
1. Web dashboard (responsive, modern UI).
2. Native iOS and Android apps built from the same codebase where practical.
3. Secure backend with documented REST or GraphQL API, JWT or OAuth2 authentication, and encryption in transit and at rest.
4. Code-generator microservice, camera streaming module, and notification service wired together behind a clear folder structure.
5. Deployment scripts (Docker / Kubernetes or similar) plus environment-specific configs.
6. Read-me style documentation and a short video walkthrough so staff can start using the platform immediately.
I’m happy to discuss preferred stacks—React, Flutter, React Native, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Django, Go, or others—as long as the solution is maintainable and scales across multiple sites. Clean architecture, unit tests, and concise comments are expected.
I’ll review working milestones on a staging server, then sign off once the acceptance criteria above are met, the code passes review, and the apps are live in the respective stores. Looking forward to seeing how you would approach bringing all these pieces together." (client-provided description)
