"I am looking for a developer who can create a portable simulation tool for digital asset transactions on main networks (Windows-based, preferably Windows 11). The requirements are listed below:
The software must be able to simulate issuance and transfer of assets (e.g., USDT) in such a way that they can be moved across unlimited wallets, with proper visibility in network explorers for a configurable period (default 365 days). Transfers should appear seamless between wallets, without restrictions on daily volumes, and should process within normal network times under standard internet conditions.
The simulated assets should have a configurable lifecycle, expiring automatically after a user-defined period (from 10 days up to 365 days).
The tool should allow the end user to select the type of asset/network to emulate (e.g., USDT over TRC20). Compatibility with the target chain(s) must be ensured.
The sending interface should be user-friendly and intuitive, showing confirmation messages clearly.
Advanced networking options are required: VPN, TOR, and proxy support must be included.
Other key requirements:
Configurable blockchain server node.
Transactions must appear 100% confirmed.
Option to prioritize processing speed.
Transactions must not be cancelable once broadcast.
Compatibility with all major wallet clients.
