I'm looking for a skilled web developer to transform a Photoshop wireframe (provided) into a fully responsive single-page website. The deliverables should include clean, semantic HTML, minimal and well-organized CSS, and lightweight JavaScript to achieve the necessary interactive components.

Requirements:

Responsive design compatible with mobile, desktop, tablet.

Hand-coded HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from scratch (preferred), with minimal reliance on frameworks or external libraries.

Interactive elements such as buttons, video embeds, FAQ accordion sections, and testimonial sliders (as represented in the wireframe).
