"My current e-commerce store works, but it no longer feels modern or intuitive. I need the entire experience overhauled—visually and technically—so shoppers can find products quickly, browse comfortably on any device, and so I can collect key customer information without disrupting their journey. Right now the user interface is dated, important functions feel bolted on, and the content layout doesn’t guide visitors toward conversion.

Here’s what must change: an upgraded, conversion-focused design; smarter, faster product search with useful filters; fully responsive layouts that look and function perfectly on phones and tablets; and unobtrusive information-gathering points tied into my existing analytics and email tools.

Deliverables I’d like to see:
• High-fidelity mock-ups of all key pages—home, category, product, cart/checkout, and any lead-capture screens.
• Responsive front-end assets (HTML/CSS, theme files, or component library) ready to drop into my current platform.
• Search and filtering functionality integrated and tested.
• A brief hand-over document outlining file structure, custom code, and how to update content or design blocks.
