"I’m kicking off a green-field project: a real-time video streaming platform that goes live on both iOS and Android from day one. The core user journey is simple—open the app, authenticate securely, start broadcasting or join an existing stream—but the execution has to be flawless.

Authentication must cover Email and password, Social media login, and Two-factor authentication, all wired into a robust backend that scales as traffic spikes. Once users are inside, I expect smooth, low-latency streaming, adaptive bitrate handling, and tight integration with an edge CDN or similar solution to keep playback crisp even on variable networks.

Real-time content safety is critical. We’ll combine Automated moderation (AI) for first-pass filtering, a console for Manual moderation by staff, and an in-app User reporting system so the community can flag issues instantly. Please factor in the dashboards, alerting hooks, and any third-party AI services you prefer for this layer.

If you have shipped live video apps before—whether with WebRTC, RTMP + HLS, or another proven stack—let me know what you used, how you tuned performance, and how you handled scaling. In your proposal, include:
