"We have a client with two branches and a head office seeking a centralised solution for tracking their IT assets. This system should be able to record all details of hardware and software on PCs, and monitor the network. As they are using VSAT with limited bandwidth, the solution should be efficient in its data usage.

Key Features:
- Comprehensive monitoring of all IT assets, including desktops, laptops, and servers.
- Tracking of hardware specifications such as CPU and RAM, connected peripheral devices, and storage information.
- Detailed software oversight capturing installed applications, running processes, and software versions on each PC.
- Immediate email notifications and alerts on the admin portal for any new systems entering the network or transferring between branches.
- Monitoring of high bandwidth usage and open port details within the network.
- Recording of asset buy and movement details, also with asset assigning details to the user and calculation of depreciation of IT and Non IT assets and provide the reports.

The application should be delivered with source code and an implementation document.
