Project Description
We are building Nordxpert, a smart recruitment platform that connects skilled workers with employers across borders.
Focus now: Estonia → Next year: Finland → After that: Nordic/European expansion.
The base WordPress MVP is already in progress (current freelancer delivers by end of August). After that, we need a new developer to take over, finish the MVP, and prepare it for public launch by October 15, 2025.

Task: Company & Worker Registration Tracking + Hiring Archive
Goal:
Enable admins to:
See how many companies and workers are registered.
Store all company and worker data in a central database.
Archive hiring activities – tracking which workers applied or matched with which company, and who was finally hired.

Hiring Archive
Every job post must create an archive record
Archive must include:
Company name + job title + location (e.g. “X Company hiring Cleaner in Tallinn office”)
List of candidates matched/applied
Which candidates the company showed interest in
Final candidate hired
Admin must be able to view all past archives anytime
Outcome:
Admin sees how many companies & workers are in the system
Registrations stored in DB for reporting
Clear hiring history (job → candidates → final hire)

System prioritizes fastest workers first, but also shows those within tolerance
Result: Employers see workers sorted by availability (fastest first), but can also view those who might be available later.
