Project description:
"I’m building a web-based offramp that lets users swap their crypto for USD through Coinbase, see the balance appear in seconds, and immediately spend it on a virtual debit card issued via an alternative card-issuing API of your choice. From that same dashboard they should also be able to push funds out to Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and purchase common gift cards.

The core of the job is marrying three pieces:
• Coinbase conversion (BTC, ETH, USDC at minimum) with real-time rate display and settlement into USD.
• A card-issuing partner that supports instant funding, dynamic CVV, and webhooks we can consume for balance updates. I’m open to suggestions here as long as the provider can operate in the US and expose a solid REST API.
• Payout rails and gift-card issuance. Cash movements to the peer-to-peer services can be handled via their public APIs or an aggregator—again I’ll lean on your expertise for the cleanest route.

Expect typical fintech plumbing: KYC/AML hooks, encrypted custodial wallets, secure user auth (OAuth2 / JWT), and an admin panel for limits, manual reviews and reporting. A React or Vue front end and a Node, Python or Go back end would be ideal, but if you have a proven stack that satisfies PCI DSS requirements I’m open.

Deliverables I need to sign off:
1. Responsive web app with onboarding, wallet deposit screen, live USD wallet, virtual card view and payout options.
2. Fully documented API layer that other clients could consume.
3. Deployment scripts (Docker or similar) and basic CI/CD so I can push updates quickly.
4. Short hand-off session plus written runbook covering keys, webhooks and environment variables.
