Equipment Items have "inspections" attached to them, and it's by processing both that you can tell whether the item needs to be inspected.

Key Requirements:
- Integrate with the D4H application to pull relevant data
- Display equipment items with overdue inspections
- Have an updating display for project on a 1080p projector that refreshes automatically.
- Be configurable to be able to show items that become due in the next N (default 30: days).
- Categorize equipment by type for easy navigation
- Ensure the dashboard is user-friendly and visually appealing
- Provide real-time updates and notifications for overdue inspections
