"Hello Freelancers,

I am looking for a developer who can create a **fully automated WhatsApp messaging system** using **Google Sheets + Meta WhatsApp Cloud API**. The system should handle video assignments, reminders, and monthly/weekly reports for editors, clients, and the CEO.

### Requirements:

1. **Assign New Work to Editors**
- Automatically send WhatsApp message to the assigned editor when a new row is added in Google Sheets.
- Message should include: Client name, Video link, Deadline.

2. **Deadline Reminders**
- Automatic reminders to editors before the deadline: 24 hours, 5 hours, and 2 hours prior.

3. **Editor Reports**
- Monthly report to each editor showing total videos completed.
- Editors should **not receive weekly reports**.

4. **Client Reports**
- Weekly report to each client showing their completed videos.
- Monthly report to each client.
- **Clients should only see their own videos** (no links needed).

5. **CEO Report**
- Monthly report summarizing **total videos completed across all clients**.

6. **Google Sheets Integration**
- Master sheet to track: Video ID, Client, Editor, Phone numbers, Video Link, Deadline, Status.
- Messages auto-generate based on row data.

7. **WhatsApp Cloud API Integration**
- Use official Meta Cloud API (no unofficial tools).
- System should be secure, reliable, and fully automated.

### Deliverables:
- Ready-to-use Google Sheet + Apps Script integration.
- Full automation setup and testing.
- Instructions for adding new editors/clients.
- Support for minor adjustments after delivery.

### Requirements for Freelancer:
- Experience with **Google Apps Script**.
