"I need a seasoned system architect to lay out the complete technical blueprint for an in-house platform that lets our employees create, edit, and convert text documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs without leaving a single interface.

The design has to show, in plain detail, how each document type will be stored, versioned, and rendered for real-time editing while keeping future scalability and security in mind. I also want to see how the conversion engine will sit within the stack so that format changes happen quickly and with minimal loss of fidelity. Usability is critical because only internal staff will touch the system; authentication, role-based permissions, and straightforward UI flows must be factored into the architecture from day one.
It is a high-performance Document Manipulation System designed for secure, large-scale processing, conversion, and management of complex document formats, powered by robust backend services and rich, interactive front-end interfaces.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced System Architect to lead the architecture, design, and technical strategy of Project. The role involves overseeing backend, frontend, and database architectures to deliver a scalable, high-performance enterprise platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and maintain the system architecture for enterprise-scale document management workflows.
• Lead backend design using .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
• Oversee rich UI/UX development using DevExpress UI controls and JavaScript.
• Architect and optimize real-time communication features using SignalR.
• Design and optimize database architecture using SQL Server.
• Ensure seamless integration with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) for scalability and resilience.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 12–15 years in software development with strong architecture experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, Web API, JavaScript.
• Strong hands-on experience with DevExpress UI controls for enterprise applications.
• Solid expertise in SQL Server including design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience with SignalR for real-time application features.
• Strong experience in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and distributed system architecture.
