"I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a comprehensive Sales, ERP, and offer system for my heat pump and solar panel business. The system should be fully scalable to accommodate future locations and additional personnel.

Key Requirements:
- Sales Management: Track and manage all sales activities. (CRM Pipeline)
- Order Management: Oversee and plan orders efficiently. We book about 2 jobs a day per worker and right now looking at 2 workers on the field. This means each day should have slots available to book the different workers and also add new workers in the future with more slots.
- Offer System:
- Template creation for offers
- Digital signatures
- Automated follow-ups

Additionally, the system should send automatic notifications to customers about their projects. Notifications should include project summaries upon completion, documentation, and booking confirmations.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing integrated CRM and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of sales management processes
- Experience in creating automated notification systems
- Ability to design user-friendly templates for digital signatures and follow-ups
