"SaaS Development Partner (Laravel, Risk Management Tool)

About Us
We are building a Risk Management SaaS and are looking for a serious, long-term development partner (individual or company) who can take our concept and bring it to vision. Our existing SaaS tool was built on Laravel, so Laravel expertise is mandatory.

We work in Information Security & Risk Management and want to transform our current spreadsheet-based risk methodology into a professional SaaS platform.

Project Phases (MANDATORY – No shortcuts!)

Introduction & Understanding
You will first receive a video description of how we currently manage risks via spreadsheets.
If shortlisted, we will conduct a 2-hour deep-dive call where we will explain the spreadsheet and workflows in detail.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis
After understanding our approach, you must conduct your own market research.
You are required to arrange and complete 5 calls with other Risk SaaS companies (we will not do this for you).
Following each call, you will submit a written report on the competitor’s strengths, weaknesses, and differentiators.
We will then discuss your findings together.

Design & Documentation
Once research is complete, you will begin the design phase in Figma.
You will also draft a detailed functionality specification document (20+ pages) that describes the full workflow of the tool: every button, feature, and click.
This will serve as both a development guide and a user manual.
No manual = no job.

Development Phase
After final agreement on design, workflow, and documentation, you will begin programming the SaaS in Laravel.
Clean, scalable, and secure coding practices are expected.

Requirements
Proven Laravel expertise (portfolio/examples required).
Experience with SaaS platforms (ideally Risk Management, Compliance, or related tools).
Strong research capability (able to arrange competitor calls independently).
UI/UX design experience with Figma.
Documentation skills – must deliver detailed manuals and specifications.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Companies or freelancers with previous Risk Management / Compliance SaaS experience will be shortlisted first.
Auto-bidders and companies without relevant experience will be immediately rejected.
