"I need a complete patient-management solution that works on Android phones and via any modern web browser. The core of the system is an Android app where reception and doctors can handle Appointment scheduling, Patient records management, Billing and payments, plus track Medication and history in one place.

Within the records module I must be able to Add/Edit patient information, View patient history, and Upload and store documents such as lab reports or x-rays. Everything entered on the phone has to stay perfectly in sync with the web interface so staff at their desks can see the same data instantly.

I am open to the tech stack as long as it is reliable and future-proof; if you already have experience with Kotlin or Flutter on the mobile side and a RESTful or GraphQL backend that’s a bonus. The final deliverables are:

• Production-ready Android application (APK + source)
• Secure web portal with the same functionality
• Database schema and API documentation
