"I’m running a Grandstream UCM6208 that needs immediate attention. After going live we discovered a mix of call-related problems—dropped calls, poor audio quality, and at times the system simply refuses to place or receive calls. On top of fixing these connectivity headaches, I’d like to fine-tune several features so the PBX works the way our team actually operates.

Here’s the outcome I’m after:
• Stable call flow with clear audio and no unexpected drops
• All inbound and outbound routes tested and proven to work
• Any malfunctioning features (IVR, call queues, voicemail, etc.) repaired or re-configured to spec
• Recommendations or small tweaks that optimise the system for day-to-day use
