"Custom Web-Based Fulfillment System (ETSY & ShipStation Integration) – Project Brief
We are looking for an experienced freelancer to help us build a custom web-based order fulfillment and inventory management panel. This system will integrate with Etsy stores and ShipStation, allowing our clients (store owners) to manage their orders, shipping labels, and inventory from a single platform.

Customer Registration & Login
Admin will manually create customer accounts.

Customers will log in using credentials provided by admin.

2. ETSY Store Integration
Each customer will connect their own Etsy store via the panel.

Orders from Etsy will be fetched automatically (in intervals such as every 5 minutes).

3. ShipStation Integration
Orders already present in our internal ShipStation system will also be displayed.

ETSY orders and ShipStation orders will be shown separately in the panel.

4. Order Management Section
Each order view (whether Etsy or ShipStation) must display:

Customer details (name, address, etc.)

Full order details (items, quantities, order date, etc.)

Option to generate and download USPS shipping labels

Display of:

Manual handling fee

Shipping cost

Order status

5. Inventory Management
Inventory will be managed on two levels:

Etsy listing inventory (synced via API)

Warehouse stock (manually updated and tracked)

Admin can grant or restrict inventory update permission for each customer.

Stock in/out operations must be logged with product and user info.

6. Storage Fee Tracking
Daily storage fees will be calculated based on:

Number of units per product

A fee per product defined by admin

Fee calculation will be automatic and visible in the customer’s panel.

7. Pricing Transparency
Each order must display:

Shipping cost

Manual handling fee

Any other processing charges (optional future expansion)

8. Web-Based Only
Entire platform will be browser-based" (client-provided description)
