"I’m building a complete tele-health ecosystem and need a developer who can take it from concept to store-ready release on both iOS and Android using either Flutter or React Native—whichever you feel will give us the best balance of performance and future scalability.

The product is split into three clearly defined modules.
1. A patient-facing app where users can register with a simple email-and-password flow, browse doctors, book video, audio, or chat consultations, receive e-prescriptions, order medicines for home delivery, set medication reminders, and stream bite-sized health courses.
2. A doctor app that lets practitioners manage their profile, set consultation slots, conduct secure video sessions, generate digital prescriptions, and track their earnings in real time.
3. A web-based admin dashboard that centralises user management, verification, consultation oversight, medicine-order logistics, and course uploads.

UPI will be the initial payment rail, so please factor in its full checkout flow and settlement callbacks; the architecture should leave room to bolt on cards or PayPal later without major refactoring.
