"I am building a full-scale ride-hailing platform that will include a browser-based dashboard and cross-platform mobile apps for passengers and drivers. The stack is already defined: PHP and JavaScript on the backend, React Native for the iOS and Android apps. I need a developer who can take charge of both sides of the codebase, shape the system architecture, and push features from concept to store release.
