"I need a complete ride-hailing platform—think Uber or Lyft—but tailored to my own brand. The project covers three fronts: a web-based admin portal, a native driver app, and a companion passenger app, all running smoothly on both iOS and Android.

Admin Portal
The back-office must let me stay in control of every aspect of the business. User management should make adding, suspending, or supporting riders and drivers painless. Analytics and reporting have to give me real-time insights into trips, revenue, and growth. Fare management is essential so I can set dynamic pricing rules, promo codes, and manual overrides without waiting on a developer.

Driver App
On the driver side, the essentials are non-negotiable: turn-by-turn live tracking, built-in payment processing for quick payouts, and a rating system that keeps quality high.

Passenger App
For riders, I expect the familiar flow: account sign-up, ride ordering, real-time vehicle tracking, secure payment, and a clean post-ride review screen. The experience should feel as polished as the market leaders.

Core Deliverables
