"I run a service-based business that sells organised tours online and I’m looking for someone who can join me full-time to keep the whole web and email operation running smoothly. The site is built on WordPress, its sole purpose is to sell these tours, and every improvement you make should move us closer to that sale.

On the web side, you’ll be responsible for everything from selecting, installing and customising the best WordPress plugins to present and sell tours, through to ensuring payments flow without a hitch and pages load quickly on mobile. When a new tour goes live, I’ll count on you to create the product page, add imagery and copy that I supply, set the price, test checkout, and make sure the booking experience is friction-free.

On the email side, I need automated sequences that nurture leads and upsell past customers. You should know your way around the major email marketing platforms, be comfortable segmenting lists, building templates and writing the logic that triggers a campaign when, for example, someone abandons a checkout or completes a tour.
