Your Role

- Act as our delivery powerhouse, ensuring that all digital products (websites, applications, and creative assets) are developed with cutting-edge technologies, robust quality standards, and user-first design principles.

- Collaborate closely with our team to translate client needs into world-class digital experiences.

- Champion and implement best practices in design, development, and agile project management.

- Drive innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and introducing new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

- Work seamlessly with our business team, who will lead client acquisition, account management, and growth strategy, while you deliver technical excellence and creative brilliance.


Expertise We’re Looking For

Web Design

- Figma (prototyping, UI design)

- Headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi)

UI/UX Design

- Figma + FigJam (UI & UX workflows)

- Miro or similar (collaborative UX mapping & ideation)

- Strong experience in design systems, accessibility, and user testing


App Design & Development

- Flutter and React Native for cross-platform apps

- Experience with native integrations, API development, and scalable architectures


Graphic Design & Motion

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

- Canva for quick, scalable brand design



Web Development

- React + TypeScript

- PostgreSQL (or other relational DBs)

- E-commerce expertise: Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress
