"I need a stand-alone Windows application that lets end-users craft professional CVs in the same streamlined way they can on the CVHelp site. Think of a clean, wizard-style flow: the user fills in personal data, education, work history and skills, then chooses a template and exports the finished résumé as PDF or DOCX.

Core expectations
• Native Windows build that runs on current versions of the OS without external installers.
• Modern, easy-to-navigate UI; no web browser dependency.
• Template engine so I can add or edit designs later (JSON, XML, or another format you recommend).
• Reliable offline save/load of user data plus one-click export.

Deliverables
