"We need a complete ERP/CRM system tailored for our business processes, covering:
1. CRM (Sales Management)
• Multiple sales pipelines: each seller has their own pipeline.
• A master pipeline per city where all new leads go. Sellers can “claim” leads into their own pipeline.
• Customer cards:
• Overview (short info) + Detailed view (full editable info).
• Buttons: “Ring nu” (call) and “Mejla nu” (email).
• To-do lists, history of calls/emails/notes/photos.
• Quick buttons to move between pipeline stages.
• When a deal is marked “Won”, it automatically creates a linked order with full customer data.
2. Lead Creation via Email (OpenAI API)
• Incoming leads can be emailed into the system.
• OpenAI API extracts customer details → lead placed in the correct city pipeline.
3. Order Management
• Orders contain: customer info, technician(s), value, notes, installation type, reserved inventory.
• Booking system:
• Assign technician, day, and job duration block (Half-day AM, Half-day PM, Full day).
• Prevent double-booking technicians.
• Calendar view (day/week/month) with drag-and-drop rescheduling.
• Orders marked “Completed” by technicians → locked, inventory deducted, notifications sent.
4. Technician “Utföra” Mode
• The app has two modes:
• CRM/ERP mode for admins & sellers.
• Utföra mode for technicians.
• Utföra mode shows a daily overview (“Dagens arbete”) of assigned jobs.
• Technicians can open a job card → log time, upload photos, mark job as completed.
5. Inventory Management
• Add/manage products with SKU, qty, unit price.
• Low-stock alerts.
• Auto-reserve when linked to orders, auto-deduct when completed.
6. Reporting & Financials
• Filters: Day / Month / Year / Custom.
• Monthly, yearly, and daily financial views (revenue, profit, averages, break-even).
• Admin-only access to full financial overview.
• Export to CSV/XLSX/PDF.
7. KPIs
• Sales KPIs (per seller + total): Revenue, Profit, Win rate, Avg order value, Time-to-close, Booking delay, Pipeline velocity.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in ERP/CRM development (preferably custom, not just off-the-shelf).
• Skills in web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar) + backend (Node.js, Django, Laravel, etc.).
• Experience with calendar scheduling, role-based permissions, and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to integrate OpenAI API for lead parsing.
• Fluent English (Swedish a plus).
