"The page is built and running—tables render perfectly, filters work, styling is done. The last hurdle is the “Export to Excel” action: the file is produced but the mixed text-and-number dataset arrives jumbled and incomplete.

I’m not using the common JavaScript XLSX libraries or any third-party service; the current export routine is a custom approach that clearly needs a quick expert review. All I need is clean, reliable output so every row and column appears in Excel exactly as it does on-screen, with data types preserved.

Deliverable
• A corrected export function that triggers from my existing button and downloads a .xlsx file containing the full dataset, in order, without loss or type conversion issues.
• Brief notes on the change so I can maintain it going forward.
