"I need a single-codebase application that runs smoothly on Android phones or tablets and just as well in any modern web browser. The layout must feel modern and clean throughout—from the splash screen to the smallest form element—so please put real care into typography, spacing, and intuitive navigation.

Core objectives
• Produce a fully-functional Android build (APK or AAB) and an equivalent web deployment served over HTTPS.
• Keep visual consistency across both platforms; shared components are strongly preferred.
• Provide concise setup instructions so I can run, test, and ship new versions without hand-holding.

Tech stack is flexible. If you excel with Flutter, React (plus React Native or React Native Web), or another framework that can target Android and web, let’s use what you move fastest in. Clean, well-commented code and git commits that show your thinking matter more to me than the specific tool.

Acceptance checklist
• Android install file installs and launches without errors on a stock device.
• Web version loads in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
• All screens match the agreed mock-ups to within a few pixels.
• Code passes a quick lint/build on my machine following your README.
