"The store is live, busy, and occasionally temperamental. I need a seasoned hand to step in when something is going wrong, diagnose, and put everything back on track—fast.

You’ll be troubleshooting on WordPress + WooCommerce: isolating errors, rolling back or rewriting snippets, cleaning up database calls, checking logs over SSH, and making sure the site is once again loading quickly and processing orders flawlessly.

Clear written notes on what was fixed are a must so nothing gets lost between sessions.

Turn-around expectations are tight (same day whenever possible) and communication has to be crisp. Excellent English is non-negotiable, and to confirm you’ve read this far, start your reply with the word “Aussie”.

Typical environment & tools you’ll touch: latest WordPress core, WooCommerce, PHP 8.x, cPanel/WHM, SSH, and the usual roster of payment, shipping, caching, and security plugins.

Whenever a new need pops up—performance tuning, minor feature tweaks, or liaising with third-party service APIs—you’ll get clear, step-by-step instructions so you can jump straight to execution.

On other occasions, you'll help with installing and setting up new functionality, eg: installing, setting up & testing Wholesale option.

You'll be provided with a staging site to work on, so you're not disrupting the live site while you're testing.

Once everything is thoroughly tested, you'll then need to replicate the changes on the live site, without any downtime.

Ideally you'll be geographically close to Australia, so our time zones are close, to make communication easier and more efficient.
