• Owner: Post/edit listing with photos.
• Agreements: Template → merge fields → generate & email PDF.
• Services: Catalog + request/booking form (admin-managed).
• Auth: Phone/email OTP, basic profiles.
• Admin Panel (Own CRM): Moderation queue, lead inbox/assignment, visits calendar, agreements console, services orders, basic reports, RBAC.
