"I’m building a marketplace that lets households book on-demand barbers. From a single Flutter codebase I need four store-ready apps—client and service-provider versions for both Android and iOS—plus the supporting web components.

Mobile apps
• Client app: users browse barber profiles, book an appointment, and pay securely in-app.
• Barber app: providers manage their schedules, accept payments, and chat with clients in real time.

Web dashboards
• Barber dashboard: web portal showing an appointment calendar, income reports, and customer reviews so providers can work from a laptop as well.
• Admin dashboard: central console where I approve barbers, review bookings, handle payouts, set commissions, and oversee user support.

Introductory website
One-page marketing site that explains the concept, links to the app stores, and captures email leads.

Core expectations
– Flutter for the mobile layer, a clean state-management approach, and deployable builds for Google Play and the App Store.
– Modern, responsive web dashboards (React, Vue, or comparable) that connect to the same backend used by the apps.
