"I want a clean Perfex CRM module that lets my support agents place a phone call straight from the Lead and Customer sections—or anywhere a tel: link appears—without leaving the system. When an agent clicks a number the module should hit my telephony API, passing only two parameters: the agent’s mobile and the customer’s mobile.

After each call the provider sends a callback; I need a webhook inside the module that stores the call-detail record and visibly attaches it to the related lead or customer. The record must include call duration, call status, and the recording URL so my team can replay conversations later.

A small settings screen inside Perfex should allow me to update the Auth key, Account ID and DID Number at any time without touching code. Treat these values securely and store them in the module configuration table.

Please build it following Perfex’s nulled module structure (CodeIgniter), keep the UI consistent with the core theme, and supply clear installation instructions plus a SQL file for any new tables." (client-provided description)
