"Fixing the issues in the python chat application and implementing dashboards.
1. Session management application wide

2. Chat session mgmt and flow mgmt

2.1 Admin should be able to take over the session

2.2 Admin should be able to assign the session to any available support agent who is not already assigned to any session

2.3 Admin should be able to transfer the session to any other available support agent who is not already assigned to any session
3. Every session listed on the admin / support dashboard should have claim option enabled when the user of that particular session clicks on Request agent or selects the option connect to agent.

4. when the agent claims the session, the chat session header should be showing the assigned agent : <agent name> it's already done, need to validate.

5. Admin dashboard should be mirrored to the support but every action by the support should go though the admin approval. if there are multiple admins any admin approval should work.

6. Throughout the application the timestamps from the dashboard should always convert to the local timestamp of the user who is reviewing or viewing it (if possible)

7. If the part 6 cant be done then we need to have all the timestamps to be converted to IST.

8. validating the CSS applied to make the project user friendly for all devices.
