"I need to configure my Mern website so that I can log in as admin and view the site during maintenance mode.

I have a mern site, front end on react, back on render, and db on mongo.
The dev that setup i asked for a maintenance mode so i can do things. He did it but now i cant access the site to do products etc unless i change the code in github to turn the site back on.
I need so it adds admin button, i log in then admin can see the site and edit, use etc.
Also an on and off button on the admin config area.
The site is all fully functional and i can send the file if needs be.
Must be done right now too.

Requirements:
