"I’m putting together a lightweight Glide app that keeps my hybrid-yoga students on track between our two live teaching hours each month. Inside the app they must be able to:

• exchange quick messages with me (and optionally with one another) through a built-in chat,
• tick off their daily self-practice so the interface shows streaks and overall progress,
• receive automated reminders each day to help the habit stick.

All practice material will be delivered as pre-recorded video tutorials; no live-stream or audio/photo bundles are needed for this first release. I’ll supply the videos—what I need from you is an elegant way to embed, organise and protect them inside Glide.

Please build the project entirely in Glide (no-code / low-code). I should leave our hand-off with:
1. A fully functional app that works on both mobile and web share link.
2. An admin view where I can upload/replace videos, send broadcast messages and see student check-ins at a glance.
3. Clear instructions (loom or pdf is fine) so I can maintain content without touching the underlying build.
