"I need a fully working mobile application that runs natively on both iOS and Android. The concept sits outside the usual e-commerce, social-networking, or simple utility categories, so I will share the feature map and UI wireframes once we start; for now, think of it as a stand-alone product with its own back-end and a few unique interactive flows.

The job covers the entire cycle—from setting up the codebase, through iterative builds, to App Store / Google Play submission. A modern cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native is ideal, yet I am open to Swift + Kotlin if you feel that delivers noticeably smoother performance.

Deliverables
• Source code in a well-documented repo
• Test-flight / beta APK builds for staged feedback
• Final production builds ready for store upload
• Basic deployment guide so my in-house team can handle future updates
