"Real Estate Management Website – Functional Requirements

1. Home Page

Display Real Estate Project Name at the top.

Show a slideshow of banner images (carousel).

Below slideshow: show site images with their address and Google Maps location embed.

At the bottom, show Real Estate contact details (phone, email, address).

Provide a “Book Ticket Coupon” button.

2. Booking Coupon Page

When user clicks Book Ticket Coupon:

A new page opens with a form to capture:

Name

Mobile Number

Address (with fields like Street, City, Pincode, etc.)


After form submission → redirect user to Razorpay Checkout to pay ₹100.
(Payment methods: UPI, Card, NetBanking, Wallet)

3. Payment & Registration

On successful payment:

1. Store user’s entered details in the database.


2. Generate a unique token (e.g., REG-2025-XXXXXX).


3. Show success page with the token.


4. Send WhatsApp message with token.

If WhatsApp fails, fallback to SMS.

Message should contain: Token number, User details, Payment ID.

4. Admin Dashboard

Admin login required.

Dashboard should display:

List of all bookings (Name, Mobile, Address, Payment ID, Token, Timestamp).


Features:

Search by Name, Mobile, Token.

Export to Excel (XLSX/CSV) for offline use.

5. Technology Recommendations

Frontend/Backend: Node.js + Express (or Django/Flask if Python preferred).

Database: MongoDB Atlas (free) or Supabase (Postgres, free).

Payment: Razorpay API (UPI enabled).

Messaging: Twilio (WhatsApp + SMS) or MSG91 (India SMS).

1. User opens website → sees Real Estate details + “Book Ticket Coupon”.


2. User fills booking form → redirected to Razorpay checkout.


3. Payment done →

Data stored in DB

Unique token generated

Token shown on screen + sent via WhatsApp/SMS
