"We are seeking two experienced developers to augment our team in Indore on an urgent, on-site basis. This is a one-month contract with the potential for extension up to one year based on performance.
Role and Responsibilities
We need highly skilled professionals to help us optimize our computer vision and 3D rendering workflows. Your main goal will be to reduce video rendering times from 50 seconds to under 20 seconds. You'll work closely with our existing AI/ML, backend, and DevOps teams to integrate your solutions into our production systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Optimizing our existing YOLO-based computer vision pipelines.
Improving Blender rendering workflows, including switching between Cycles and Eevee engines to boost efficiency.
Implementing optimizations within a Dockerized environment for scalable deployment.
Researching and applying game engines like Unity/Unreal for high-performance video rendering if Blender doesn't meet our targets.
Collaborating with our cross-functional teams to integrate the optimized pipeline.
Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of professional experience and a strong background in:
Computer Vision: Expertise with YOLO, OpenCV, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
3D Rendering: Proven experience with Blender (Eevee, Cycles), shader optimization, and GPU utilization.
Performance Optimization: A track record of successfully reducing rendering times in real-world projects.
Deployment: Hands-on experience with Docker.
GPU Optimization: A good understanding of technologies like CUDA, TensorRT, or Vulkan.
Game Engines: Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine for real-time rendering.
Problem-Solving: Strong debugging skills to tackle performance bottlenecks.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of video processing pipelines (FFmpeg, GStreamer).
Experience with cloud GPU systems (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Familiarity with 3D graphics formats (GLTF, FBX).
