"I need a web-based Android application focused squarely on productivity. The heart of the project is a task-management module where users can create, edit, and monitor tasks, each one neatly grouped under a category or project for instant context. A responsive web front-end should mirror the Android experience so data stays consistent no matter where the user signs in.

Here is what I expect to receive:

• Fully functional Android build (APK or AAB) that syncs with an equivalent web interface
• Task CRUD operations with drag-and-drop or other intuitive controls for moving items between categories/projects
• Secure account system (email, Google, or other common provider) so every user’s tasks are private
• Real-time data sync between web and mobile, preferably through a lightweight backend (Firebase, Supabase, or a simple REST API)
• Clean, modern UI that follows Material Design guidelines

Acceptance criteria
1. Tasks can be added, edited, completed, and deleted from both platforms, with instant reflection on the other side.
2. New categories/projects can be created on the fly; tasks can be reassigned across them seamlessly.
3. All major screens load in under two seconds on a typical 4G connection.
4. Code is delivered with clear setup instructions and the ability to run locally for review.

If you already have experience building cross-platform hybrids or PWAs and are comfortable with modern stacks such as React, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform, that’s a plus—but I’m open to the tools you know best as long as the final product meets the criteria above." (client-provided description)
