"I am ready to commission the build of a complete social networking site from scratch. The platform has to feel familiar to end-users—think smooth React-based interactions—yet be robust enough for future scaling and easy maintenance from an admin standpoint.

Core experience
• Members must be able to create rich user profiles, publish posts, exchange private messages and manage their friends list intuitively.
• Real-time or near-real-time notifications have to surface new messages, friend requests and post interactions.
• For moderation I want a lightweight, community-driven approach: users flag questionable content, and I (or any moderator I add through the admin panel) receive actionable reports inside the dashboard.

Admin environment
A dedicated panel should let me view flagged items, suspend or block users, tweak site-wide settings and generally oversee everything without touching the codebase. Roles and permissions will matter later, so build with that in mind.

Tech preferences & hand-off
Front-end in React is non-negotiable; back-end language and database are up to you as long as the API is clean, documented and secure. After delivery I need the full source, install instructions and a brief walkthrough (video or live screen share) so I can deploy updates on my own server.

Acceptance criteria
1. Responsive UI tested on desktop and mobile.
2. Posts, messaging, friends and notifications working end-to-end.
3. User-report workflow visible and functional in the admin panel.
4. Code passes basic security checks (input validation, password hashing, rate limiting on auth).
5. Clear README plus migration or seed scripts for initial data.
