"I'm seeking an AI developer to create a desktop application that streamlines tender management. The tool should integrate with text documents and Excel files.

Key Features:
- Populate CV's in to company templates,
- Capacity to load new templates frequently for different client requirements
- Generate an Excel matrix schedule based on tender document requirements, which would include EOI, RFP, RFT, and PPP
- Track tender questions and create a compliance table to track responses and see if we answered a question relative to evaluation requirements
- A document structure suggestion for deliverable documents, based on tender questions
- User friendly
- Clean and modern interface
- Easy administrative management to assisgn/unassign users

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experienced AI developer
- Experience in desktop application development.
- Proficiency in data integration and extraction from text documents and Excel
- Familiarity with tender processes and compliance tracking


This would be used as an inhouse tool on desktop.
