"I’m wanting some help to build a new online store/portal.

A client needs to set up an online portal for staff to purchase company branded merchandise, with a voucher they are supplied with initially, but they can also purchase more with their own money if they want to. There will be a limited number of items available for purchase, possibly 10-20 total items with some of the items being garments that come in a variety of sizes and colours. My team will source, design, print and ship these items.

The main reason I am wanting help with this one is because they are needing to send things to a number of set locations (2 locations in Australia - Brisbane and Melbourne - as well as New Zealand, the US, India, South Africa and the Philippines). They ideally would like these locations to be selected from a drop down list of possible locations, and not by having to manually type in location addresses. I’m not sure at which point of the sales process this location choosing will need to take place.

Unsure if this affects the build at all but staff are going to get the directive to place orders at the end of each month and these will be collated and shipped by the end of the following month.

Not sure what platform this should be built in, possibly Shopify? Advice would be appreciated.

Please provide budget to build out this store/portal from initial steps to final completion.
