"I need a small web-based app that sits between my Gmail inbox and my phone, watching for new lead emails. The moment a fresh message lands, the app should pull the first telephone number it finds in the body or subject line, dial that prospect, dial my own number, and merge the two lines so I am speaking to the lead almost immediately. Even a short delay can cost the deal, so speed is everything; I am aiming for the call to begin ringing no more than a couple of seconds after the email hits Gmail.
