"I need a complete rebuild of the Dhaniloan site shown in the link, plus a matching Android APK. The core service is straightforward: users come to us for loans, fill out an online application form, and wait for approval. Everything you create—both web and mobile—should revolve around that single flow.

Here’s the heart of the project: a clean, responsive website and an Android app that share one secure back-end. The only feature that must ship on day one is the online application form capturing personal details (name, phone, ID number, address, etc.). If you can architect it so that we can later bolt on a loan calculator or chat without rewriting the codebase, that’s a bonus, but it isn’t required right now.

I’ll provide hosting credentials, domain access, and any branding assets you need. You’ll handle:

• Building the front-end UI with a modern stack (React, Vue, or similar for web; Kotlin/Java with Android Studio for the APK—your call, as long as the UX is consistent).
• Developing the back-end API, authentication, and database to store user records securely.
• Integrating basic admin pages so my team can view and export applications.
• Packaging and signing the APK, ready for direct installation or Play Store review.

For acceptance, I’ll spin up the site on my server and install the APK on a test device. If I can complete a sample loan request and see it instantly in the admin panel, we’re done. Source code, build instructions, and minimal documentation come with the final hand-off.
