Description:
I’m a real estate broker looking to build a multi-step listing workflow using Gravity Forms on WordPress. This system will guide sellers through selecting a package, agreeing to terms, submitting payment, filling out required MLS data, and uploading property media.
I’m accepting bids for:
– Just the Gravity Forms workflow, or
– The full build, including optional dashboard and package landing pages

Scope of Work
Form 1: Package Selection → Signer Authority → Terms → Payment
– User selects one of four packages
– Confirms agreement to terms of service
– Confirms whether they are the sole authorized signer
  – If not, collect co-signer name/email and notify that a signature request will be sent later
– Collect user info and payment based on package
– Create user account (or link to existing)
Form 2: MLS Data Entry Form
– Long-form: ~300 fields (~100 required)
– Must map to official statewide MLS PDF
– Includes Save & Continue Later feature
Form 3: Property Media Upload
– Upload fields and limits vary by package
  – e.g., 10 photos for base tier, 30 + virtual tour for higher tier
– Uploads tied to user profile
Admin Form (Internal Use)
– After client completes all forms trigger
– Admin enters MLS number, listing start/end dates
– Uploads PDF listing proof
– Sends client email with confirmation and listing preview
