"Build US Macro → XAUUSD Signal Platform (Refinitiv API, Plain-Text Output)

Summary

Create a single-page web app that ingests U.S. macroeconomic releases in real time via LSEG Refinitiv and instantly outputs a plain-text trade scenario for XAUUSD using my predefined trigger rules.

Must-Haves
• Refinitiv (LSEG) real-time API experience — mandatory.
• Speed:
• Single-report releases: emit scenario within 1 second of the scheduled release time.
• Clustered releases: emit within 500 ms after the last required actual arrives.
• Discipline: No early calls. If required reports in a window contradict or are missing → AVOID.

Functional Requirements
1. Coverage (all key U.S. reports):
CPI/Core CPI (MoM/YoY), PPI/Core PPI, PCE/Core PCE, NFP, Unemployment Rate, Average Hourly Earnings, Initial & Continuing Claims, Retail Sales & Core, ISM Manufacturing & ISM Services with Prices Paid/New Orders/Employment, S&P Global PMIs, ADP, JOLTS, University of Michigan (headline & inflation expectations), Durable Goods (headline/ex-transportation), GDP (adv/2nd/3rd), Personal Income/Spending, Trade Balance, Housing (Starts/Permits/New/Existing/Pending), Construction Spending, Industrial Production/Capacity Utilization, Factory Orders, NFIB, Regional Fed surveys (Philly/Empire/Chicago/Richmond/Dallas), FOMC decision/statement/press conference cues.

2. Rules/Classification (provided by me):
• Load fully enumerated trigger tables and weights per report.
• Use wording “greater than / lesser than / equals to” (no symbols).
• Tier 1 (Full Alignment) → Super Strong/Strong Buy or Sell.
• Tier 2 (One-Sided + Neutral) → Scalp Bias (long/short).
• AVOID on any contradiction or incomplete data within the window.
3. Scenario Output (plain text only):
• One top line:
Condition: <Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Avoid> | Action: <Long / Short / No Trade> | Category: <Super Strong Buy / Super Strong Sell / Strong Buy / Strong Sell / Scalp Bias>
• 3–6 short bullets explaining which reports hit which enumerated buckets.
• Copy-to-clipboard for the full text.
4. Macro-Open & TP/SL Helpers:
• Capture macro-open XAUUSD price at the instant the first applicable actual arrives.
• Show TP/SL helper levels anchored from macro-open (values in plain text).
5. Single-Page UI (lightweight):
• Upcoming releases (IST) + countdown
• Live Scenario block (top line + bullets + macro-open + TP/SL helpers)
• Report Tiles: expected, previous, actual, bucket per report

Non-Functional Requirements
• Timezone: IST (Asia/Kolkata).
• Reliability during U.S. macro windows.
• Clear logs for each release instance (time, values, final scenario).
• Simple handover and documentation to edit my trigger tables.

Out of Scope (v1)
• No PDFs, charts, or complex visuals.
• No external alerts (Telegram/WhatsApp/email).
• No multi-feature admin dashboards.

Deliverables
• Deployed single-page web app ready for use.
• Source code repository with brief documentation.
• Short handover session (editing rules, running through a few major release days).
