"I have test scripts ready and a calendar of volunteer participants lined up; what I’m missing is someone who can step in and run each session smoothly. Your sole focus will be to conduct usability testing—no deep-dive analysis is expected afterward.

Here’s what the work looks like day-to-day:

• Moderate live usability sessions for our website, mobile app (iOS & Android), and desktop application.
• Follow the provided task scenarios exactly, keeping testers on track and neutral.
• Record screens, voice, and any incidental notes, then upload the raw files to our shared folder immediately after each session.
• Flag any critical blockers you spot in real time so our internal team can jump on hot fixes.

We use Zoom and Lookback for remote sessions; TestFlight and TestFairy handle mobile builds. If you already know these tools, great—if not, they’re easy to learn.

You’ll be interacting directly with English-speaking users, so clear, friendly communication is essential. Reliability is my top priority: testers are booked across several time zones and I need every slot honored.

Deliverables for each session:
1. Full screen/voice recording (mp4).
2. Chat log or transcript (txt or docx).
3. Time-stamped note file listing major user actions (no interpretation needed).
