"I want to bring the “tap-to-hire” experience to heavy machinery so that a farmer, a mine supervisor, or a contractor can open their phone, see what is parked nearby, and book it instantly. The app must list farm, mining, and construction machinery, show what is available in real time, let users filter by location, equipment type, and required dates, then lock in a booking right from the screen.

Core flow
• Owner registers a machine with photos, specs, rates, and live availability.
• Renter searches or browses, applies the location/type/date filters, reviews ratings, and confirms a slot.
• Both sides receive push notifications and can rate each other after the job.

I need the full product design and build: clean UX similar to Uber’s simplicity, a solid back-end for inventory and scheduling, and I am going to have to have a automatic payment system that gives me a 5-10% commission fee. I have to make term and conditions policy that will apply to that .
