"I’m building an AI-driven emergency system focused exclusively on security threats. The core of the project is a mobile-app experience that can watch for danger in real time and push automated notifications the moment a threat is detected.

Scope
The system must ingest live data streams (camera feeds, IoT sensors or similar), run on-device or cloud-based models to identify suspicious behaviour or unauthorised access, and instantly alert designated users through the mobile app. Because the interaction point is mobile-only, the app needs a clean dashboard for live monitoring as well as a reliable background service for silent notifications.

Key requirements
• Real-time monitoring: sub-second latency from event to detection.
• Automated notifications: configurable push alerts, SMS or in-app pop-ups with threat classification and snapshot evidence.
• Security-first architecture: encrypted data in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit trail of every alert.
• Scalable model pipeline: easy to add new threat classes without a full redeploy.

Deliverables
1. Source code for the AI model(s) and the mobile app (Android or iOS, React Native or Flutter are fine if you prefer cross-platform).
2. Deployment guide and environment setup (Docker, serverless or native build scripts).
3. Short test plan showing the system correctly detects at least three distinct security threat scenarios and dispatches alerts in under five seconds.
4. A brief hand-off call or recorded walkthrough so I can maintain and extend the solution.
