"I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a minimal viable product that integrates Microsoft Office 365 Email API with a dashboard. The goal is to use AI to extract specific data points from email body text and display them in a user-friendly manner. The extracted data should include city and state locations, sender details, and dates and times. The dashboard should present these data points as individual line items in a card-per-sender view format, with options to check (with no actual function other than visual indication) or delete each item from the card.
Dashboard would need to be live feed of inbound emails to the ingested box.
