"I want a single code-base app that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android and lets supervisors capture real-time voice memos about each employee. Every memo should be saved as an audio file and also converted instantly to text so it can be searched later.

Each memo has to attach to a worker profile where we track skill levels and project progress, plus any other development fields the user decides to add on the fly. I don’t want those extra categories hard-coded; the database needs to accept new ones without another release.

A cloud backend (Firebase, AWS or similar—happy to pick what best fits) will store the audio, the transcriptions, and all development data. If the device is offline, the memo should queue locally and sync as soon as a connection returns. Basic encryption at rest and in transit is a must.

Acceptance
The app is considered complete when I can install both builds, record a memo, see the transcription appear under the correct worker with skill level and project progress fields editable, then find the audio and text in the cloud console within seconds.

Also want the ui to be able to have workers be set into teams and be able to have multiple teams. The user should be able to select each team easily and switch between teams if needed.
